Experience

I began working in financial services in 1999. Since then, I have been a mortgage adviser with Countrywide and a financial adviser with Lloyds Banking Group. I also spent two years working with the Financial Ombudsman Service. I enjoy the process of finding out what my customers need and then making the appropriate recommendation. It’s important to be there from start to finish in this role and that’s what I do.

Personal

I live with my partner, Helen and our daughter, Grace, in Essex. In the (little!) spare time that I have I enjoy spending time with my family, watching films, listening to all types of music and playing the guitar. One day I may make it back onto the cricket field but not just yet.

Qualifications

I have Financial Planning Certificates 1-3 and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP). I am currently studying for the Equity Release qualification.
