Experience
I have more than 30 years working in the financial services industry with a variety of firms including RHM, Legal & General, JLT, Willis Towers Watson, EDF Energy and BT with roles in pensions administration, financial services and pensions complaints, pensions administration management and trustee support for occupational pension schemes.
Essentially, my strengths lie with using my knowledge and experience and helping people every step of the way through financial processes from start to finish, which aligns with the high professional quality standards that Fort Advice Bureau prescribe.
In 2019 I became a self-employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser to continue with my mission to help individuals and families understand what they are buying and what they need.
Personal
First and foremost is my family life and looking after our young daughter, Ella and my wife, Emma and maintaining our family home in Coulsdon, Surrey. My interest is genuinely in financial services and keeping abreast with the news with current affairs in our changing world.
I grew up playing club football and cricket and played both until my mid-30s. Always got a game at whatever standard!
Now I like to watch my local team, Crystal Palace and try to go and watch a test match and county cricket at the Oval when I can! This is a good excuse to catch up with my friends and old work colleagues whom I’ve known for many years.

CeMAP – Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice
