Hi, I’m Rui – a CeMAP-qualified mortgage adviser based in Altrincham, in the beautiful countryside of south Manchester, where I live with my wife and our two daughters. I’ve been living in the UK for over 25 years and specialise in helping foreign nationals living here secure mortgages, whether it’s for their own home or a property investment.
I also have in-depth knowledge of the expat market, particularly for those working in China. Having supported many clients in similar situations, I understand the challenges and know how to navigate them to make the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Before becoming a mortgage adviser, I worked as a team leader at bet365’s customer service department, where I developed a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to helping people.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad, a regular at the gym, and an Advanced Open Water diver – diving helps me relax and reset.
